Yoga on the Beach will be offered at Colony Recreation Center, 55 School Ave., Chatham: Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8 a.m., starting June 30.

Practice vinyasa yoga, a series of poses that will move participants through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smooth flowing and almost dance like. Bring your yoga mat or a towel. No experience required.

Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp will also be offered at the Colony: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 7-8 a.m.

Boot camp workouts are a great way to burn lots of calories, work the entire body in a short period of time and have fun. The workouts, led by experienced and certified personal trainer and fitness instructor, will mix traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. Every meeting is a different mix. Get ready for jogging, jacks, squats, lunges, push-ups, step-ups, dips and much more for simple, yet solid workouts.

Everyone from beginners to advanced exercisers are welcome.

Membership at Colony Pool is not required to take a fitness class. Class prices: $90 fitness for four weeks and $150 for eight weeks. Class prices: $75 yoga for four weeks and $125 for eight weeks. Combined package: $265 for eight weeks Fitness & Yoga.

The above is payable on Community Pass.

Class Schedule: All Classes are 7-8 a.m. Yoga will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays and Boot Camp will meet Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Both classes will start June 30 and continue through Aug. 22. The classes will continue in August if participants are interested. Register on Community Pass.
