Elen Rivas has stripped off for a new PETA campaign.

The new advert - which sees the star covered by only grapes and Spanish melons - has been released to coincide with National Vegetarian Week.

Rivas commented: "Going vegetarian was one of the best decisions my girls and I have made. It's had a positive impact on us on so many different levels.

"It's healthier, we feel much more alive and we have so much fun cooking delicious meat-free meals!"

Rivas has two daughters, Luna, 8, and Isla, 7, with former fianc Frank Lampard. She split from the Chelsea footballer back in November 2008 after seven years together.

Made in Chelsea's Lucy Watson, Penlope Cruz, Pamela Anderson and Eva Mendes are among other stars who have appeared in PETA campaigns previously.
