Beloved mobile vegan treats truck Cinnamon Snail retired to food truck heaven this year, taking its delectable donuts and craveable vegan fare with it. Luckily, vegan chainlet Blossom Du Jour is expanding yet again, debuting two new Manhattan locations in the summer and fall of this year.

First up this summer, a bi-level shop at 15 East 13th Street that'll offer a downstairs quick service eatery with 20 seats and an upstairs events space and lounge. Then this fall, Blossom Du Jour will be one of the inaugural eateries inside TurnStyle, a subterranean food hall opening underneath Columbus Circle. Both locations will serve tasty vegan fast food including the soy bacon cheeseburgernow called The SkyscraperPhilly Cheesesteaks, kale salads, juices and vegan cookies, cupcakes and other baked goods.

As the USA's most vegan-friendly city, New York boasts quite a few cruelty-free eateries. When their two new shops open this year, Blossom Du Jour and its sister restaurants will have 10 NYC locations, making it the largest chain of vegan restaurants in the city. Take that malicious fried chicken.
