Judy Near, elementary school health technician in Canon City and the 2012 Education Support Professional of the Year for the National Education Association, gives the keynote address at the annual ESP Conference at the Colorado Education Association, Feb. 23 in Denver. "You are a valuable, contributing piece of the adademics and the personal success of every child we work with regardless of your job classification. Every single one of you have a story, and that story matters and it is powerful," Near told the conference attendees.
