The "ACADEMY OF THE FUTURE" project is an answer to help children in overcoming their school problems. Not only educational, but also environmental - caused by the lack of good self-esteem. Lack of inspiration in everyday life and no role models in their environments lead to a passive approach towards life. Failures at school and lack of personal success experiences decrease the children #39;s self-esteem. "AKADEMIA PRZYSZOCI" is not only the modern system of making up with school backlogs by individual work by volunteer with children, but the project is also a method to inspire children, increase their self-confidence and to fulfill the lack of energetic role models in their lives. "AKADEMIA" is an educational adoption project - everyone can select and "adopt" a kid and help him to overcome school difficulties, obtain a role model (each kid has a dedicated volunteer working with him all the school year) and improve his self-esteem.
