Why is it important to be a consciousness-based leader, and doesn #39;t that sound a bit flakey?
Effective leaders are inspired and creative. Another way to say this is that they are consciousness-based. In them key traits are givens: intelligence, creativity, the ability to deal effectively with strategic abstraction, a touch of introspection, whole-systems thinking, determination and humour are all attributes of consciousness-based leaders. Most importantly, they see life existing in layers. These leaders can dig deep into these layers... based upon years of personal development and life experience and transpose this ability to their organization. They create organizational identity that is cohesive, dynamic, harmonious and powerful. They find practical ways to improve the bottom-line by transforming issues into innovation. They go beyond just building sustainability to achieve thriving, powerful organizations as a field of creative relationships in a greater field of consciousness. If it sounds a bit flakey to some history proves that this is to be expected of any new paradigm. From:Rick AustinViews:0 0ratingsTime:01:09More inEducation
