WHAT I READ: I never went to college, so I used books as my college. I love business and personal development books.

LAST BOOK READ: The last book I read was Entreleadership by Dave Ramsey -- awesome book about leadership and how to grow a business.

BOOK THAT MOVED ME: Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki was the first book I ever read by choice, and it began the journey of success and personal development.

ALL-TIME FAVORITES: I could easily list 15 favorite books, so this is a hard one. Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey, The Strangest Secret by Earl Nightingale

FAVORITE AUTHOR AND WHY: My favorite author would have to be Jim Rohn. He has a way of simplifying concepts to be used for success in life and success in business.

WHAT I READ AT THE BEACH: I can never be caught on a plane or on a vacation without some kind of fitness magazine!

IVE BEEN MEANING TO READ: Any book by Warren Buffet -- I have yet to read any of his books.

-- Originally from Sumter, Mitch Hodge moved to Florence four years ago to pursue a real estate career and found his passion in life as a Realtor and property manager at Eaddy Company. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Danielle, for three years. The Hodges have a black lab they consider their child (Sometimes its ridiculous, Mitch says). When theyre not spoiling their lab, the Hodges never pass up a chance to travel. Mitch said he and his wife consider themselves blessed to live the life they do and never take it for granted.
