Make the daily personal development commitment to yourself: http://www.iLivingApp.com So, I might nit have mentioned it here, but I gained 6 pounds over the course of my Insanity by Beachbody 90 Day Challenge. So, anyway, the thing to learn is what the coaches taught. More than the amount of work that you put in during the workouts, following the healty eating guide is the one thing that makes a difference. I never did. I did the Insanity workout almost daily. My knees really started hurting, so I was taking vitamins, a general greens supplement and a joint supplement. I never even read the meal plan. But, after I finished, I knew just what to do. I didn #39;t cut carbs. I didn #39;t start counting calories. I just cut my meat intake by a third and replaced that meat with fruits and vegetables. Just as a heads up, I tend to eat more fruit because I like sweets. But, vegetabls are by far the most healthy thing for you to be putting into your body. How can you get fit or start looking fit? Just by a daily decision to eat more vegetables than meat and to put less meat in because it is injected with all kinds of chemicals and is slower to digest. PS Those chemicals or artificial hormones which meat is injected with are generally stored in your body #39;s fat cells. You body has an effective way to protect you from them, but unfortunately it also leads to an ugly bulge. No more love handles here!
