Dating Tips - Building Intimacy Joanne Klassen (formerly Robinson) holds a Diploma in Integrative Counselling (and currently working towards a Degree in Intergrative Counselling). She is a member of BACP and abides by their Code of Ethics (BACP Code of Ethics) She is a qualified Behavioural Life Skills Coach (Canada) and abides by the LCA code of Ethics.
