Outward Bound Lumut professional development programme focuses on character building, personal development and team working. In the wilderness classroom, participants will focus their energy on the essential elements of themselves and resources, their interaction with others and task at hand. The importance of appropriate action, decision making and the consequences are very real and obvious. This provides an opportunity for participants to live and work closely -- on original and challenging projects where they probably have had no previous technical experience. They are dependent upon their ability to manage themselves and the situation at hand.
