From this position you lift your hands up and you stretch as much as you can towards the sky while inhaling and exhaling for three times. Once you finish exhaling, you slowly move into a standing forward bend and keep your body as close to the feet as possible. Then you kneel keeping your back straight and your hand and feet parallel to each other.
