The gym boasts up to 32500ft of floor space and is spread over two floors. The ground floor holds a Cardio Vascular area, a huge free weights area, and a boxing ring. On the first floor is a core area, a spinning room, a Womens Only Area and a large fitness studio holding over 40 classes per week.
