LA Mayor calls for city to halt investments in assault weapons makers
Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa called on the city #39;s pension boards to withdraw any retirement fund investments that involve companies that manufacturer assault weapons. The action stems from the Sandy Hook Elementary shootings and President Obama #39;s move to better regulate such weapons.
