http://www.8plusone.com - Fourteen videos about this life coaching online website and the first six videos of a training course on the use of Tube Raider Slideshow Video Maker were submitted on Thursday, January 24, 2012. The video was recorded on Saturday, January 26, 2012. We see that several of the submitted videos appear on the first page of Google, for the long keyword appearing on their title. This is not a fact forced by the peculiarity of the keywords, because (a) the situation was different some hours before the video was recorded and (b) other similar videos, promoting the same software, also appear on the page..

This phenomenon was worked out by Scientists, they began by calculating The average size of a grain of sand and by calculating the number of sand grains in a teaspoon. Then the number of beaches and deserts in the world were factored in. The number of grains of sands is astonishing it comes to 7.5 x 10^18 Calculating the number of stars is even harder. Scientists estimated the number of stars that are potentially observable by Hubble If you include every object that twinkles in the night sky, from ordinary stars, to quasars, to red dwarfs, to whole galaxies. The number of stars comes to 7 x 10^22. Frank Forencich, BA presenting at the Ancestral Health |Symposium 2012 (AHS12) Ubuntu: a paleolithic perspective on human community and health Abstract: In the world of Paleo, there #39;s lots of talk about diet, exercise and the health of individuals. But we #39;re now beginning to realize that health is something created in community and interdependence with others. As Westerners, we live in a culture that prizes, even glorifies, individual action and achievement. This belief would be incomprehensible to tribal peoples living in a wild environment. Living in close proximity to hungry predators, the only real safety is in tribal cohesion. This orientation is reflected in our bodies and our brains. Social neuroscience and interpersonal neurobiology are now revealing powerful connectivity between people, a link that shapes our bodies, our tissue and our health. In effect, our health and fitness are co-creations. This orientation is also reflected in the world views of primal peoples of southern Africa, a socially-oriented epistemology called "ubuntu." Ubuntu places the focus of attention outside the individual, onto relationships and community. This orientation is a powerful missing element in modern discussions of health and fitness. In this spoken-slide show presentation, I will explain the reach of social neuroscience, the history and philosophy of ubuntu and the ways that this knowledge might be used to support our health in the modern world.
