The Shorty Awards and @HealthJoinIn held a #ShortyRun in Central Park, New York City on 2/6 at 6am to support 4th Annual Shorty Awards #SocialFitness winner, Christopher Brisley #39;s charity, @takeachallenge. shortyrun.eventbrite.com Featured runners included Christopher Brisley (@takeachallenge) is the 4th Annual #SocialFitness Shorty Award winner and the founder of Take a Challenge, an organization that encourages others to keep pushing to their mental and physical goals. Ten years after being medically discharged from the Royal Navy for chronic respiratory disease, he has ran, swam, and biked over 6500 miles. Meg Costello (@megcostello) is the business development director at Greatist, the trusted health fitness source for the young, savvy, and social. She #39;s also a health education student at Columbia University, foodie and lover of travel, the great outdoors, sports people. Stephanie Tsoflias (@stephtsoflias) is an on-air TV news reporter for WPIX New York City and the creator of My Almost Married Life, an extremely successful blog she started with her live-in boyfriend and stand up comedian Dave Siegel. Song on the 2011-2013 concert season of the New Mexico Singing Churchmen. Chuck Tipton, a member of the group sang the solo in the first year of the season. After he became ill and could no longer sing with us, I picked up the solo and tryed to do it justice. We miss Chuck immensely and dedicated the song to him at my retirement party in 2013.
