My Breakfast Choices
Here are a few of the foods I eat for breakfast: Eggs, Raisin Cinnamon toast, Grits, and Oatmeal. I try to use butter flavored spray to cook with instead of actual butter. I use Parkay Spray on toast, and my vegetables for example, instead of actual butter or margarine. Also, I have been trying to use little or no salt or sugar whenever possible. Anyone have any suggestions about substitutions for salt to ad flavor to foods?? I tried Mrs. Dash, but the one I had was not good. Also, I REALLY like pancakes, whether I make them at home or eat them at Cracker Barrels restaurant (Mama #39;s Pancake Breakfast). Is there away to make pancakes healthier and something healthier than syrup?? Thanks in advance for any cooking, preparation, or food, health and fitness advice.
