Multi Vitamins have a large place in the supplement industry and although they may seem like a good idea you could be overloading your system and wasting your money. Watch this entire video to understand what you should really do if you take vitamins. Do a little research before you start taking any supplements. Again, they are called "Supplements" for a Reason, They are put into Place to "Supplement" an Already effective effective diet plan. Dont waste your money anymore, I feel much better that I stopped taking a Multi Vitamin and have made a real effort to get all of the vitamins and nutrients through a solid diet. I supplement with only a few things at different times of the day to help reach my goals of a Healthy lifestyle. Whats missing from this is Calcium and Fish oil that I also Take, Just ran out need to get some soon. I used to take multi vitamins for Years and now that I take just these vitamins spread throughout my day I actually feel a major difference. Everyones Body is different I know, so this may not work for you. At least try to see if it does. 9 times out of 10 you dont need Multi vitamins Its just the Media making you believe you Really need them. Here at The Fit Shed we decided to give free fitness training session. Why? You might ask or you might just be thinking hell yer, I don #39;t care why. Whatever your response it doesn #39;t matter. Before we started down this path we did some research. Our research showed that the ones who most needed fitness help and a trainer to show them the way couldn #39;t afford it. We believe everyone should have access to health and fitness assistance. People who can #39;t afford it however were not the only ones who had difficulty sticking to a fitness routine: Single parents Full time working parents Regional issues People who are embarrassed Among many other reasons Well it #39;s always good to know that you are not alone, we suffered from time issues as well as financial after we had our first born. To be honest my embarrassment wasn #39;t the lack of knowledge using the equipment it was the weight I gained. So our idea was born and we are now bringing you free fitness training sessions.
