Aerobics Celebrates 45th Anniversary

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - Mar 4, 2013) - March marks the 45th anniversary of the 1968 release of Aerobics by Kenneth H. Cooper, MD, MPH. What began one man's quest to quantify the amount of healthy and harmful levels of exercise sparked a worldwide fitness movement.
