Save Sunday, Aug. 25 for a high energy / old timey experience

Exeter Giving! Live Music Series is teaming up with Zev Yoga for a night of outdoor yoga followed by a performance from the Americana band Poor Old Shine. The fun takes place Sunday, Aug. 25, 5-8 p.m. on the Swasey Parkway, down by the waterfront, Exeter. Swasey Parkway will be closed to traffic and you will be celebrating the end of summer with spirited music and yoga with a giving twist. Jonas Zev will start the evening with a yoga by the river from 5 - 6 p.m. Yoga mats and prior experience are not required.

Following yoga, Poor Old Shine will take the stage and knock your socks off with their high energy and old timey sound. We want to draw people from the whole Seacoast area, said Amylyn Amberger, who co-founded Zev Yoga with her husband, Jonas Zev Amberger, in 2009. Our expectations are just to create a really big, high-energy crowd. There is a $15 donation. Proceeds from the Aug. 25 event will go to End 68 Hours of Hunger and Womenade of Greater Squamscott.
