So its 2015. Resolutions have been made.

Whats interesting is that all of a sudden, everyones talking about meditation as the hot new thing to do to this year heal yourself, lose weight, find a mate, and get rid of stress. Yet, its been around for thousands of years.

The New York Times has recently written about the power of meditation. So has The Los Angeles Times and many other articles are popping up on the Internet.

Do you seek calm, peace of mind, and joy? Meditate.

Do want good health, greater energy, positive relationships, and fulfillment in life? Meditate.

Do you want to be stress-free and worry-free? Meditate.

I conducted an Internet search of the benefits of meditation. Every expert on the Web agrees there are amazing benefits to meditation.

Ive been regularly meditating for almost one year now. Its transforming my life. Really.
