Mayo Clinic Diet,5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Mayo Clinic Health System-Chippewa Valley in Bloomer, 1501 Thompson St. The 10-week curriculum is taught by professionals specializing in weight management and is based on The Mayo Clinic Diet book.
