Reindeer Ready Workout! Slim Down for Santa 2
Congrats on making it to day two of the challenge! I know the workout is hard, but you can do it!! If you need special or different modifications email me and I will try to help you out. I am very proud of you for making your health a priority! It #39;s not easy but it #39;s well worth it! xo! Set your interval timers to 5 minutes work, 30 seconds rest, for 3 rounds. Round One= 5 minutes as many as possible a) 6 burpee tuck jumps b) 12 plank variations c) 18 sumo squats Break One= 30 secs Round Two: 5 minutes as many as possible a) 6 burpee tuck jumps b) 12 plank variations c) 18 sumo squats Break two: 30 seconds Round Three: 5 minutes as many as possible a) 6 burpee tuck jumps b) 12 plank variations c) 18 sumo squats 16 minutes completed! Done! Congrats on finishing your 2nd workout in the Slim Down for Santa Challenge!!! Hope to see you Monday!!
