Hey guys and girls, let #39;s say you #39;re stuck at home and you need a quick and highly effective workout. That #39;s what I am going to be bringing you today! It #39;s going to be a core routine. And this routine is special for two different reasons. Number one is that we are going to be hitting multiple muscles within the core and having a well developed and tight midsection is not just about doing crunches. There are many different muscles involved and we are going to be hitting them all today! Number two is that we are going to be having very little rest between the different exercises so we are going to be burning a lot of calories in a very short amount of time. So if you #39;re short on time, short on equipment, you need something to do at home- this is what you have to do. The different muscles we are going to be hitting today are the upper abs, the obliques, your lower back, and a muscle that not many people are aware of - the transversus abdominis. The transversus abdominis is a muscle is actually behind your abs and its function is to act as a corset and to tighten everything in. By working this muscle you are going to be naturally walking around with a tighter midsection.
