In this tutorial we are playing with some animal flow. Asher and I were brainstorming on different movements and we tweaked the "crab reach". I added the squat and Asher #39;s brilliant mind added the 180 degree jump squat making this movement a lot more complexed and metabolically demanding. Try it and have fun.
