A-Team Tabata Sequence
This A-Team workout I created is 6 moves of all out intensity. The goal is to keep your heart rate elevated and to get as many reps in and to push yourself within each 20 second round, then you rest for 10 seconds, and repeat, for a total of 8 rounds, which equals out to 4 minutes. After that 4 minutes, move onto the next move and follow the same concept. Give it your all and you will burn calories galore and you will even continue to do so hours afterwards. This sequence can easily be done at home using various objects from around your home... so there is no need for a gym.
