12 Minute Block Bootcamp Workout
This exercise video features a workout that I put together that consists of 2 12 minute blocks. The first block I do 2 rounds of 6 exercises and in the 2nd block, I do 3 rounds of 4 exercises. In both blocks, I am using a 50/10 format (50 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest). These are tough exercises, very difficult to get through in 50 seconds. I really only used moderate weight dumbbells (8-15 lbs.) to add to the intensity of the exercises. 1st Block: Ninja Tuck Jump into 5 High Knees 2 Diver Bombers/1 High Plank Jack 2 Cross Over Mtn. Climbers/2 Spiderman Push-Ups/2 Knee Tucks 2 Squat Push-Ups/2 Squat Jumps 4 Break Dance Kicks/4 Tricep Dips 4 Sumo Squat Jumps/4 Jumping Lunges 2nd Block 2 Jump Turn Burpees/2 Floor To Ceiling Jumps/2 Tuck Jumps 6 Mtn. Climbers/6 High Plank Jax 4 Forward Lunges/2 Squat Overhead Press 2 Push Ups/Tuck Jump Burpee This workout took about 50 minutes. I did the first 12 min. block, then the 2nd block, then the 1st block then finished with the 2nd block. I love to film workouts and plan to make many more.
