It is not our intention to convey the correct way of performing a Gurdjieff Movement through the internet. Though the movements are extremely beautiful and designed with genius, their technicality is our second concern. For us they are a means to our primary concern, which is the inner process of the people performing them. For us Gurdjieff Movements are a means to be more conscious and aware, a technique of inner growth. If something touches the audience and some seed is planted in them, we are happy about that too. If anyone achieves to more than 20 sec of continuous self-awareness, that is wonderful. If anyone takes up the courage to strive for more than 30 sec on a daily basis, that is good enough to make our efforts worthwhile.
