Bringing Family and Yoga practice together during this special time here at the Ashram. Participants will enjoy the peaceful nature, have fun and quality time with your family, while shaping body and mind in the daily Asana classes and spiritual courses.

The Family Week offers and an adjusted Ashram schedule to Family needs. Qualified staff members will provide some childcare, kids Yoga Asana classes and kids meditation, to give parents time for their personal Sadhana (spiritual practice), but some parental supervision of the children is required. Accommodations Family accommodation in four-bed cabins are available, however, space is limited. If you would like to be nearer to nature, bring a tent.

Ayurveda for the Family Massage Workshop Cooking Workshop Kids Yoga classes and meditation time outside games, hikes, swimming in the pond trip to Yuba river painting, arts and crafts music and play Talent Show Gardening
