The spacious studio is flooded with diffused daylight, and the massive inverted ceiling vaults float like clouds above. Translucent white panels cocoon you from the outside world, and shadows play just beyond. A natural flow is experienced as visitors journey through this unique space, built with the intent to heal through beauty.

Classes include Flow, Synergy, Yin/Yang, and Power variations lead by instructors with a genuine passion for the practice.
