With warmth,FAQsAre there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?This class is recommended for individuals over the age of 18.What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?The closest BART station is Powell Street. There is plenty of metered parking around, so be prepared with a hand full of quarters, ability to paybyphone, etc. On Sundays the maximum is 4 hours. Is my registration/ticket transferrable?Yes with advance notification the registration is transferable to a diffeent individual for the same event.Can I update my registration information?Yes.Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No.What is the refund policy?Registration sales are final but transferable to a diffeent individual for the same event.The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?Yes if you tell us about it beforehand.I cant touch my toes, and I have never done yoga Is this for me?Yes! The level of physical yoga practice will be gentle, and you will be encouraged to only move in a way that compliments your abilities. What should I bring to the event?Please bring a closed container water bottle, notebook, pen, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. A limited number of mats are available at the studio on a first come first serve basis, or you are welcome to bring your own. What should I wear?Wear clothes you can move in and feel good in. Stretchy, comfy things that breathe are best. Layers are great. You may change clothes at the studio.What else do I need to know?Please refrain from eating for at least 90 minutess beforehand.
