Vinyasa flow yoga - Opening + Progressive Namaskar A B
This Progressive Namaskar is suitable for most practicioners. It can be used in a Vinyasa beginners class or in a gentle Vinyasa flow class. Please follow these instructions if using this sequence: - Alternate legs when stepping back / forward - When stepping back stay in plank for one inhale, than exhale Chaturanga or Ashtangasana - No Uttkatasana in Surya Namaskar B (but you can add it if you wish) - This sequence uses Ardha Vinyasa between sides and at the end of progressive sequences in Surya Namaskar B. This means you will return to Down dog on exhale after each side and each sequence. - Surya B: stay in Low lunge for one inhale before exhale to Down dog. I call this Bhumi Vinyasa. It will help you find stability and grounding. - And ofcourse, breathe! Each movement should follow your breath, and not the other way around:) Enjoy!
