If you experience and pain, stop immediately and call your doctor. This hour-long prenatal fusion workout combines both yoga and Pilates exercises. The workout is divided into three segments: warm-up and core activation, standing sequence and seated core sequence. You may complete all three for a longer workout, or pick and choose which segment you #39;d like to complete. Modifications are given, making this workout suitable for the third trimester, as well as before. Most importantly make sure you consult your doctor before beginning, and listen to your body.
