Mini Yoga Sessions - Pregnancy yoga moves to help
Two nice simple stretches that can give your more comfort. I am 30 weeks pregnant in this video. The first is #39;Cat Cow #39; and is great for releasing tension in your back. The second #39;puppy pose #39; that is a modified downward dog which provides moves space for the baby and aiding the mother to breathe more fully. This posture can be used in the third trimester if your baby is in the breech position and can help turn your baby.
