"How Integrative Nutrition Will Help Me Become a New Me in the New Year"
I am a Wellness Coordinator who wants to expand my knowledge base to open a multi-lingual Wellness Center for various age groups. I wish to empower youths, adults, and senior citizens with knowledge that will help them live a Healthier Quality of Life. The Center will organize events activities that will present various avenues towards Good Health! Eating! (Nutrition) Exercise! (Zumba, Yoga, Walking) Meditation/Prayer, Aromatherapy are but a few subjects to be presented. We will create Wellness Programs for churches, non-profit organizations, and schools as well as customized programs for individuals over the internet, by mail. person to person.
