Russell Brand has reportedly invited Demi Moore on a yoga retreat to India.

The British comedian recently told The Sun how he had befriended the Indecent Proposal star as they both attend the same yoga centre in Los Angeles, and now the newspaper claims he has asked her to join him on a group trip to a retreat in the Himalayas.

Russell, 37, recently told the newspaper how he loved his yoga class because it is "full of amazing women. They are all filled with sexual energy".

He added: "Demi Moore, as far as anything more physical goes - she's just at yoga. I really like her, she's really lovely. I just see her at yoga. She's an older lady, she's incredibly beautiful but that's that."

The spa they are reportedly heading to offers meditation classes and healthy eating, and is recommended it as a way of clearing the mind and heart, promising to "cleanse the soul" and "heal internally".

Demi checked into rehab earlier last year after her much-publicised split from husband of six years Ashton Kutcher.

Russell is thought to have found yoga helpful following his split from wife Katy Perry.
