Sumo Deadlift - 195kg @87kg
Performing 2 maximum attempts at the end of a 18 workout long powerlifting cycle (from Askold Surovetsky). I do the excercise unequipped and with an improved form since my previous video. With today #39;s lift I #39;ve broke 500kg of combined lifts (all RAW) at 87kg.
