Reasons To Excercise
Find a reason to get your butt into the gym and exercise at least 30 minutes every day- and the reasons should be a lot better that fat loss. I made this just before going to bed- you can tell because I have on no glasses and look completely exhausted, but I wanted to reply to a friend who asked about other, non- weight loss reasons to get to the gym. Here #39;s a list of disorders and diseases that can be improved, if not removed, through exercise: 1. Alzheimers 2. Diabetes 3. High blood pressure (also, up your potasium chloride) 4. Arthritis 5. Cancer 6. Bad cholosterol/high cholesterol 7. Acne/crappy skin 8. Osteroporosis 9. Menstrual cramps 10. Low libido (men AND women, bow-chica-wow-wow!) 11. Migraines 12. Depression 13. Bipolar disorder 14. ADD/ADHD 15. Stroke 16. Parkinson #39;s Disease 17. Crap immune system response 18. Addictions 19. Inflammation 20.Aging- and really, who wants to get old? If you can #39;t find a better reason than weight loss to work out, you just need to think about your future more.
