Every Kid Healthy Week will be observed April 24-28 to encourage families to take action and improve the health and wellness of their children. Here are five fun ways to get your family started on the path to better health.

Take brain breaks:A brain break is a quick physical activity that allows your brain and body to reset after a long period of hard mental work.
