Beyonce launches vegan meal delivery service with her trainer Marco Borges

Beyonce has teamed up with her trainer Marco Borges to launch an on-demand vegan meal delivery service called 22 Days Nutrition.

The idea behind the 22-day plan is that it's said to take 21 days to break your unhealthy eating habits.

All meals will be 100% plant-based and all ingredients will be non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic.

Dishes include ratatouille pasta with pesto, almond blueberry breakfast loaf and a sesame cabbage lentil bowl.

Which sounds pretty yummy to us.

The meals, delivered once a week, cost between $9.76 to $16.50 each.

Talking about her new product, Beyonce said: All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can."

While co-founder Marco Borges explained: "We all know the importance and value of eating plant-based foods but often times find ourselves trapped in a series of bad habits that sabotage optimum wellness.

Adding: "The Vegan Meal Delivery program makes it easier to reset your habits with healthy and delicious plant-based foods."

Last year, Bey and husband Jay Z famously undertook a 22-day challenge to eliminate all animal products from their diet.

Beyonc unveils vegan delivery service; global veganism imminent

All the vegan ladies, all the vegan ladies, put your hands up.

Beyonc has unveiled her new vegan meal delivery service to the public. After taking the 22 Days Vegan Challenge with Jay Z, Beyonc has tried to incorporate more plant-based foods into the couple's diet.

The 22-day concept was born out of the philosophy that it takes 21 days to form a habit and, after the third week, the routine become exponentially easier.

Teaming up with her trainer, Marcos Borges, Beyonc hopes to inspire others to explore healthier options. Every meal on the plan reportedly uses 100% organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and non-GMO ingredients that are never frozen.

Of course, all of this nutrition comes with a hefty price tag; meals range from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal. Still, Beyonc appeared optimistic in a statement:

"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example. He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."

It's great to promote a healthy lifestyle and all, but let's be honest we'd eat whatever Queen Bey told us to eat.

Remember when Beyonc and Jay-Z went vegan back in winter 2013? Well, now Queen Bey is encouraging you to do the same, with her 22 Days Nutrition plant-based home delivery meal service.

"I am so grateful that I took the challenge and credit Marco with leading by example," says Beyonc. "He is the most energetic person I know and it's all because of his decision to live a healthy lifestyle. He came up with a great program to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices. All you have to do is try.If I can do it, anyone can. I am excited to partner with him."

So how does it work? Well, you can choose from one meal per day (lunch or dinner), two meals per day (lunch and dinner) or three meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). If you opt for three meals, for the full 22 days, youll pay $609.84. Thats about 404, which is 18.36 a day, or 6.12 a meal.

While that might not sound too bad when you think about that 5.25 you just spent on your Pret salad, it does add up to rather a lot of cash, just to feed a single human some plants for three weeks.

Two meals a day comes up $479.16 (317), while a single portion every day is $326.70 (216). You can of course choose to do the diet for a shorter period of time 5 or 7 day plans are also available but, until we can eat like Beyonc in the UK, were just not going to worry about it.

Now does anyone have any chocolate?
