"2013" Day 001 (please, read description)
This is the first video of my new videoproject "2013". The project is basically one dance video, every day for a whole year straight. For each video I #39;ll write down my thoughts I had before, during and after the dance. The purpose with this project is mostly for personal development and to put my discipline to the test. I will prepare a concept before each recording that will be the main theme for me to work with. Through the year the purpose will be changes and eventually the videos get a different look. All videos might not be a classic dancepractice video, like this one. Sometimes I #39;ll work with a feeling or an object, or maybe with another dancer. The only rule is that I post one video every day. Hope you like what you see Enjoy! This video #39;s thougths: BEFORE - I have noticed that dance in front of a camera is much like being on stage or in a cypher. But you have full control over what you want to show the viewer. It #39;s nice, but also really difficult. If you #39;re like me and never gets happy with any of your solo #39;s, this is probably even worse than cyphering. Some day ago, I made videos to practice for "2013". After 5-6 video #39;s I noticed that I can #39;t be picky. Therefore decided that I #39;m not only gonna upload the videos where I am happy with my dance. Upload to Youtube. Send email/message with your link to YouFitnessChallenge channel. Person who does the most push-ups wins $50. There are runner up prizes too. Competition is for January 2013 so it starts on the 1/1/13 and ends 31/1/13. A new competition will be held in February featuring a different exercise. Push-ups must be done with full range of motion (all the way up and all the way down).
