That #39;s a very interesting question that I think you #39;ll find the answers to be very obvious once we quickly review what they are. The best way to approach this question is to compare a carnivore to an herbivore. So let #39;s take a very quick look at the differences between the two. As in herbivore we have alkaline based saliva to better digest plant based foods. Carnivores on the other hand have acid based saliva to better digest tissue. We humans have alkaline based saliva. Herbivores do not have claws. Carnivores have claws. Obviously we humans do not have claws. Herbivores have flat the teeth and no pointed or sharp front teeth. Conversely, Carnivores have sharp pointy teeth to better tear away flash from their prey. We humans have teeth in alignment with what a herbivore has. Carnivores have stomach acid that is extremely strong and potent to digest tissue. Herbivores have stomach acid that is many times weaker than that of the carnivore.
