The second of the killer move contests from Tapout XT2. this one has the return of my own mini trainer the Bizzy Bee herself. Tapout XT was by far the best thing that has ever happened to my health and fitness. I managed to knock 15min off a 12Km obstacle race time, whilst hardly doing any running training.
