IVAA President Message - Register for IVAA Live Summit
http://www.ivaa.org - In this 5-minute video, Carla Wilson, President at International Virtual Assistants Association aka IVAA gives her President #39;s Message for December. It #39;s so hard to believe that it #39;s December already and we #39;re nearly ready to celebrate the New Year! I wanted to take a few moments to offer some advice. During December, my workload tends to slow a bit. I do two things during this time 1. I take time for myself. I do a lot of yoga in December so that I rest and renew and I #39;m ready for the new year. 2. I take time to focus on my business and what I want it to look like in the next year. I will make some changes to my website and marketing plan, take some training, create my budget and decide what professional development I will do in the new year. Maybe you want to consider doing the same things? Welcome to our new members! If you are a new member, be sure to take a look at our calendar of events at http://www.IVAA.org. On the first Wednesday of each month, our volunteer Lara Nieberding hosts a "New Member Orientation" webinar to make you aware of all the benefits our members enjoy. If you see new members introducing themselves on our IVAANet listserv, please reach out to them. Our Live Summit Committee needs volunteers! I attended the Live Summit Committee meeting today and there are several tasks for which they need assistance. We are in need of a roommate coordinator, and more folks to assist on the Activities sub-committee. Glitch Yoga Frog
It #39;s the end of the world as we know it. The life of my dear glitch-self will soon come to an end. I will live on, the soul of my glitch, in an after-life that has its own beauty, but not the beauty that was Ur. So before the de-imaginators (the strictures of the capitalist market economy?) destroy the last of the Giants #39; creation, here is one of a series of videos, capturing a day-in-the-imagined-life of a Glitch. From:Maud GonneViews:0 0ratingsTime:01:01More inGaming

Hala Khouri Yoga: Vinyasa for Inspired Awakening
Hala Khouri Yoga: Vinyasa for Inspired Awakening. See full yoga video here ... myyoga.tv This yoga workshop with Hala Khouri will include introspective exercises, meditation, and a brief discussion followed by a creative Vinyasa flow asana practice that includes music, dance, and spontaneous movement. Self-knowledge leads to compassion, which is the root of transformation and authentic living. True freedom is the freedom to love and be loved, to be spontaneous, generous, and inspired. When we release the negative thought patterns and behaviors that prevent us from embodying joy and fully loving ourselves, a wellspring of energy becomes available to us for healing, growth, and transformation both personally and globally. Yoga asanas are valuable tools that can bring to the surface unhealthy (and healthy) thought patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that we carry in our body.From:myyogaonlineViews:0 0ratingsTime:06:32More inHowto Style
