This Sports enhanced compound circuit is great for athletes such as footballers, rugby players, hockey players etc.. it is designed to hit the core and the big muscle groups, it will help increase power and endurance to help you in those dying minutes of a game! Key points: although this is a weighted cirucit it also a great fat burner, but to enchance a greater performance, cardio vascular is a big key espically for sports where they stop and start (football, rugby and hockey) LSD, Fartleck and interval training is key! Areas to consider: when performing these excercise always keep the elbows and knees soft at the top (never lock out) this will ensure we keep the tension on all the muscles being worked and protect the joints. ALWAYS WARM UP before attempting this type of training (7-10mins 70/80% of your heart rate) Keep the weights light to begin with at 40% of your 1RM to ensure FORM BEFORE WEIGHT, to ensure progress and great results!!! With all the excercise keep the core braced by drawing in the belly button, remember training your core is very important it is where all your power, strength and stability comes from! Insturctions: choose a back, chest, leg, shoulder and core/power excersise, in that order (keeps the training balanced) 20 reps on each excercise repeat 3 times through with a 2 minute rest between each set. A quick affective workout to help get the best results (HIIT) remember to cool down with a full body strecth! At the same time we believe it doesn #39;t hurt to stay in touch with your roots, which is something Buzzin10 does in a fascinating way. We can #39;t tell you much about this young producer from East London, a publicity-shy individual whose music we first heard thanks to his older brother. But we do know he pieces together rhythms by sampling fragments from old tape packs -- mainly Garage Nation #39;s late 90s recordings of some of the best DJs of all time, including DJ EZ, Karl "Tuff Enuff" Brown, DJ Luck MC Neat, and Ray Hurley. This record #39;s grooves come reinforced with cast iron beats, the sort other people just don #39;t make any more. That said, it could hardly be mistaken for an excercise in nostalgia, as the bump #39;n #39; flex is a springboard for something more unsettling. The bittersweet atmosphere of "Basement Mood" could be imagined as a mythical encounter, Grant Nelson versus Aphex Twin at his most haunting. By the same logic, "String Ting" is an improbable meeting of M-Dubs and Drexciya, its sharp breakbeat funk caught up in stormy arpeggios. Spiegel VAMPIRE blue-start-run experiment mid-to-late 1970s
This was just a short test-run of my mid-1970s "VAMPIRE" software that I wrote at Bell Labs. It was one of the very first "paint" programs. In this brief clip I was just testing out realtime generation of contrary motion and the avoidance of the cadence if the top and bottom curves had touched instead of turning back. No audio, just a visual excercise. This was real-time interactive video generation, captured to a 3/4" U-Matic analog video tape deck. At the time, realtime interactive computer-generated visual material was something even Max Mathews didn #39;t think the computer in that lab would be fast enough to do. 62ND CST evaluated by Army North
LAFAYETTE, LA.- On December 5th, 2012, the Louisiana National Guard #39;s 62nd Civil Service Team and local agencies met at Cajun Field in Lafayette and were evaluated on thier respone to various hazardous scenarios. Major Cameron Magee, Commander of the 62nd CST, commented on the evaluation. "This is an excercise that occurs every 18 months for the Civil Support Team, where Army North sends down a team to evaluate our actions, and we end up certified or not certified for the next 18 months." The 62nd CST also stands ready to provide 24-hour WMD support for presidential visits, the SuperBowl, and other large scale events.
