Who knew Harry Potter could rap? Daniel Radcliffe brought the house down with his rendition of Blackalicious' "Alphabet Aerobics" during a visit to The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

The British star dropped his accent for his show-stopping performance, displaying his verbal prowess as he raced through each and every tongue-twisting lyric from the classic 1999 rap hit.

Talking before his performance, the Horns star explained learning all the words to his favorite rap songs was a bit of compulsion for him.

"Initially I got into Eminem and was obsessed with learning all the words to 'Real Slim Shady'," the 25-year-old star explained. "There's also a guy called Plan B in England. I've always had an obsession with memorizing complicated and intricate fast songs. It's a disease."

Leading the actor into his performance, Fallon asked, "Like Blackalicious 'Alphabet Aerobics?'"

"That would be one," an apparently apprehensive Radcliffe replied.

Daniel Radcliffe is known for being a good sport, which is probably how Jimmy Fallon got the British superstar to rap the entirety of Blackalicious' "Alphabet Aerobics" on The Tonight Show last night. It's an impressive, impassioned, intricate performance (see what we did there?) that demonstrates a keen understanding of the song's lyrics.

Things start off slowly, with Radcliffe seeming to stumble through his attempt at an American accent, but when the song gets to the middle of the alphabet, theHarry Potter star picks up steam and starts ethering his rhymes. It's clearly a song he'd known well before showing up on the late-night talkshow, but the actor might want to work on his breath control (when he got to V, we started to get nervous that he'd pass out). Actor raps word-for-word Blackalicious' Alphabet Aerobics for Jimmy Fallon.

It seems all those years of muttering incantations as Harry Potter have given Daniel Radcliffe the gift of the rapper's gab.

The Harry Potter star, who is soon to feature in the upcoming film Horns, made a name for himself as of rap connoisseur in a surprise performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.

Talking Fallon through his interest in rap music from a young age, Radcliffe revealed his obsession with learning the words to every song.

"I think I was the first kid in my class to learn the all the words to Real Slim Shady," he said.

But by owning up to his passion for memorising "complicated, lyrically intricate and fast songs" Radcliffe backed himself into a challenge by Fallon: to rap the 1999 tongue twister from Blackalicious, Alphabet Aerobics.

Despite Fallon's admission that the song was "one of the trickiest, fastest songs" he knew, the former wizard star was more than willing to take the mic.

WARRNAMBOOL export Kayla Bamford is celebrating her first world championships win.

The Geelong-based Bamford won gold at the Federation of International Sport Aerobics and Fitness world championships in Prague in the senior fitness team section.

She was part of five-member team Spice. Bamford, 24, has spent the past year travelling from Geelong to Peninsula Sports and Aerobics Club for training.

She competed with Warrnambool coach Emma Bellman at past world championships in the senior trio fitness section.

The former Warrnambool East Primary School and Warrnambool College student has remained committed to the sport since taking it up in grade five.

Bamford was one of three south-west talents to collect medals at the world championships.

Naringals Brenton Andreoli won mixed pairs gold and Warrnambools Jordan Rooke claimed a bronze medal in the junior male solo section.

FORMER Naringal aerobics star Brenton Andreoli is again on top of the world.

Andreoli reinforced his status in the sport by winning gold at the Federation of International Sport Aerobics and Fitness world championships.

The 21-year-old teamed with the Czech Republics Katerina Smejkalova, 23, to clinch the mixed pairs section with a dominant weekend in Prague.

They earned the top ranking from all seven judges in the preliminary, semi-final and final stages, beating five other combinations.

Andreoli, an Emmanuel College graduate who was born in New Zealand, shifted to Prague last year to take up an aerobics coaching job.

He met Smejkalova through the sport. Smejkalova was initially meant to train under Andreoli, but the pair opted to chase international glory together.

Andreoli also coached and choreographed three teams to medals at the championships gold in cadet solo, silver in cadet trios and bronze in senior trios.
