Kremlin Pool offering water aerobics

KREMLIN, Okla. Kremlin Pool is offering water aerobics classes 5:30-6:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Cost is by donation. Instructor Tracy Bittle has more than 20 years experience in teaching aerobics.
Kremlin Pool is open 1-5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 2-5:30 Sunday. Admission is $2 for ages 13 and older, $1 for ages 5-12 and free for ages 4 and younger. Children 8 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Pool parties also are available. For information, call 874-2284, ext. 203.
School
Kremlin-Hillsdale Public Schools band director Kaylene Toelle, students Jordan Presley and D.J. Toelle, along with Jordans mother, Angela, represented Kremlin-Hillsdale in seven European countries with Oklahoma Ambassadors of Music. The group traveled 16 days with 160 concert band, jazz band and choir students and 12 directors from across Oklahoma. Jordan and D.J. performed with the concert band, and D.J. performed with the jazz band, as well. Kaylene Toelle directed the band in each country along with five other directors. They performed in London, England; Paris, France; Crans-Montana, Switzerland; Seefeld, Austria; and Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Germany.
Jordan and D.J. said this was a trip of a lifetime and would like to thank KHS Band Boosters, Wild Horse Gang and others who assisted them with trip finances.
The 2013-2014 school supply list is posted at http://www.kremlin.k12.ok.us. School items needed are reams of paper, colored copy paper, colored construction paper (small or large), file folders, post-it-notes, paper clips (large or small), batteries (AAA, AA, C, 9 volt), whiteout tape and bottles, chalk (white or colored), scotch and shipping tape, glue sticks, standard staples, pens (red, black and blue), pencils, white board markers (Expo bullet tip), Sharpies (colored and black), letter-sized envelopes, colored pencils and Kleenex.

Water Aerobics Week #04 – June 18-20

Tired of being hot and sweaty during your workouts - you don't have to be any longer! Hesperia Recreation and Park District is proud to offer water aerobics during our aquatics schedule again this season. You can tone muscles, burn fat and finish your workout feeling fresh and energized with water exercise. Let the water's natural resistance provide a workout that is beneficial while minimizing stress on the joints. Do something good for your body and have fun while doing it! Participants work at their own pace in a heated pool, swimming skills are not required. Water aerobics is designed to increase physical activity and improve cardiovascular fitness. This class will also stress the importance of proper breathing and mobility, as well as, trimming and toning. Class size is limited and subject to cancellation due to lake of enrollment. Must be 18 years of age of older to participate or age 15-17 with participating PARENT. $5.00 walk-in per class -paid to instructor
