On January 16, American entrepreneur and RepublicanVivek Ramaswamy dropped out of the upcoming United States (US) presidential elections, endorsing Donald Trump for the top post.Ramaswamy, 38, had been one of the surprises of the Republican race.In recent times, he hassecured himself a spot in theparty'spolitics with his youthful demeanour, deep pockets, and fast-talking pugnacious campaigning.

In a recent episode of his podcast,"Truth with Vivek Ramaswamy,"American author Ann Coulter told Ramaswamy why she would not have voted for him if he was contesting the presidential elections.

Iagreed with many, many things you said.. in fact probably more than most other candidates when you were running for president.. but I still would not have voted for you becauseyourean Indian...,Coulter toldRamswamy,while she called the 38-year-old bright and articulate.

In a post on X, Ramaswamy said on Wednesday (May 8) that he disagreed withCoulter's"...becauseyou'rean Indian...,"remark but respected the fact that she had the guts to speak her mind.

"Ann Coultertold me flat-out to my face that shecouldntvote for me 'becauseyourean Indian,'even though she agreed with me more than most other candidates. I disagree with her but respect she had the guts to speak her mind. It was a riveting hour. The TRUTH podcast is back,"the 38-year-old said.

Several users on X were all praise for Ramaswamy."Vivek maintained composure and worked to find any common ground with Coulter. Masterclass on how to be unoffendable,"X user News Nomad wrote on the microblogging site.

Some users also supported the idea of Ramaswamy becoming the vice president if the Republicans won the presidential elections.
