THE AAVE The Brooklyn Nets launch "BROOKLYN FIT" with Body Sculpt of NY The Flatbush YMCA (Brooklyn, NY) - The Brooklyn Nets, with the help of Body Sculpt of NY and The Flatbush YMCA, launched the "BROOKLYN FIT" program this past week for youngsters in the Brooklyn community. Vince Ferguson, President of Body Sculpt of New York, Inc. and Brooklyn Nets star CJ Watson hosted 60 youngsters between the ages of 8-14 in a cardio kickboxing and nutrition class at the Flatbush YMCA this past Wednesday. Students engaged in several activities such as Step Aerobics, Volleyball, Tennis, Dance and Capoeira (a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance and music) to demonstrate and get educated on how it #39;s possible to stay physically active while still having fun.
