Your entire Warrior Spirit will leveled up if you follow it in its proper sequence. Intake only what is needed from the strategies shared and discard the rest would be best. In this video, Jesus Medina, creator of KO Method and owner of Seabreeze Fitness, introduces to you his unique methods to condition the body for MMA, Boxing, self defense, or for any other type of competition. His method for this is called FAST Method (Fight Aerobics Strategic Training). It consist of every Martial Fitness component (ie plyometrics, calisthenics, weight training strengthening, endurance training, agility training, balance training, hand to eye coordination training, breathing techniques, accuracy training, fluidity training, strategy training, mental training, resistance training, self defense, etc.) Also, LT Training or Lactic Threshold Training is utilize in order to achieve true endurance. These will be a series of videos belonging to the overall workout method emphasizing on certain strategies, muscle groups, techniques and conditioning to maximize our abilities. Each FAST workout is a full body one, they cover different aspects of the fight zone science.
