03-03-2012 08:27 TraVisT is an aspiring music producer/songwriter/rapper, and fitness enthusiast. Though he does not have the physique of a bodybuilder, or intentions to become a bodybuilder, or have experience and qualifications as a certified personal trainer, he takes great pride in his daily workout routines. He has received numerous comments regarding tips, tricks, and advice. So, based on some of the comments he has received, he thought he'd try to start giving back by providing educational videos for beginner, and non fitness viewers who would seriously like to try to shed pounds. 15 Minute Ab & Core Routine Workout Preface is a series of videos that is specifically geared for beginners, injury prone, and students who want to learn to get their feet wet into health & fitness. Though 15 minutes will not entitle oneself to lose weight, the intention of these videos is to act as that of a great catalyst and the initial starting point to a period of life in which one wants to strive to get into the best shape of their lives. Keep things fun, motivating, and enjoyable is my motto. Mindset is crucial for such a field that deals with high stress, You cannot make someone enjoy it, but you can encourage someone to see the benefits of working out.
